Join Us and Network with other VAs

We began meeting at restaurants throughout the Golden Horseshoe area in 2007 and transitioned to virtual meetings during the pandemic.

Our meetings are currently held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 12:30 to 2:00 pm Eastern time. The meeting format provides a great opportunity to get to know your colleagues through informal networking in both small and large groups. Occasionally we discuss a specific topic or enjoy a presentation on a subject of interest to the members.

New and established virtual assistants are welcome to attend two meetings as a guest at no charge.

When you register, you'll be asked to confirm your subscription to our mailing list. Make sure you do that so we can let you know about upcoming events and other information to help you in your business.

Membership

Once you've attended two meetings, you'll be invited to become a member.

Your yearly membership fee of $56.50 (HST included) will entitle you to the following benefits:

  • Promote your business with a full-page profile in our Member Directory
  • Receive copies of all inquiries submitted through our Request for Proposal system
  • Showcase your expertise by posting articles on our blog
  • Access our members-only Facebook Group
  • Participate in our accountability partnership program
  • Display the GHVA logo on your website and/or other marketing materials
  • Cost share in advertising and/or trade shows that might not be affordable on your own
