Client onboarding provides an opportunity to share and gather all the information you and your client will need to work together effectively and prevent misunderstandings that can hamper your relationship.
We’ll talk about what makes for a good onboarding process and the types of issues that can arise when you don’t have one in place.
If you have an onboarding process, please share what it is that you do and how it has helped you in your business.
Our meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
New and established virtual assistants are welcome to participate. There is no charge to attend, but please order something to support the restaurant, when applicable.
Each meeting includes a discussion and/or presentation on an interesting topic, and there’s always time for informal networking with your colleagues.
